We’ll soon be under construction in our technology area. While you enjoy new and expanded technology improvements, staff will have better tools to serve you. We’re excited for the core computer conversion to begin — and we thank you for your patience.
A BETTER WAY TO BANK:
- Our new core system will provide an enhanced banking experience — with many new features.
- Enjoy It’sME247, our improved Online Banking system with increased functionality. You’ll find the pages easier to navigate and enhanced features, such as the ability to apply for a loan, initiate the opening of additional accounts and download your history to Quickbooks/Quicken, plus more!
- Benefit from CUTalk, our new Telephone Banking system. You’ll find the menu has easy-to-follow prompts.
- New security protections will provide the latest in data security, ensuring your information stays safe. All online and mobile transactions will offer enhanced security protections (multi-factor authentication).
- Thursday, July 15, 2021: Be sure to download and save your e-statements before this date.
- Friday, July 16, 2021 (at closing): The conversion begins.
- Monday, July 19, 2021: We will be closed, reopening on Tuesday, July 20, 2021.
- Thursday, July 15, 2021 – Monday, July 19, 2021: Debit Cards will work as usual; however, they will have lower purchase/withdrawal limits and will process “in batch” every night rather than in real-time.
FOR ONLINE & MOBILE BANKING USERS:
- Friday, July 16, 2021 (at closing) – Monday, July 19, 2021: Online and Mobile Banking, as well as Bill Payer, will be UNAVAILABLE.
- Tuesday, July 20, 2021: ALL systems will be BACK UP.
- All account numbers will REMAIN THE SAME, and all Bill Payer information will automatically transfer. Your initial password to log onto the system will be the last 4 digits of your social security number and the year of your birth.
- A dedicated team will be available to assist with setting up your new Online and Mobile Banking and ensure a smooth transition.
- Write a check or use your ATM or Debit Card at any ATM or merchant location to access your funds during the upgrade — or make cash withdrawals before the close of business on Friday, July 16, 2021.
- Make purchases as usual with your Visa® Classic Credit Card.
- We are also getting a phone teller. You can call 833-561-2343 for up-to-date account information.

We’ll have a special team operating from July 19, 2021, through July 30, 2021, 8am to 5pm, to answer any questions you may have. We’ll also be available to assist with setting up your Online or Mobile Banking.
