About Us

 Founded in 1938, Alcoa Pittsburgh FCU is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative.  Through the years, we have remained dedicated to providing our members with quality financial products and services in a professional, courteous and timely manner.

Because we are a member-owned financial cooperative, the credit union is led by a volunteer Board of Directors democratically elected from and by our members to operate the credit union on their behalf.  Unlike other types of financial institutions that need to generate profits to satisfy stockholders, we judge our success based on member satisfaction.  Accordingly, we return earnings to our members in the following forms:

• Competitive dividend rates paid on savings and investment accounts
• Competitive interest rates on loans
• The addition of valuable new products and services
