USA PATRIOT ACT

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

In compliance with the USA Patriot Act, Alcoa Pittsburgh Federal Credit Union is required to obtain the following information:

  • Name
  • Mailing and Residence Address
  • Tax Identification Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Copy of a Government Issued Photo ID

You may be asked to supply additional information depending on the type of account and/or service you are requesting.

Confidentiality of the information obtained will be maintained as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
